About the Owner:
Kawsar Jama, founder and owner of Kubra Home Care, Inc., brings over a decade of hands-on experience working in group homes and supporting individuals with physical and mental disabilities. Her deep understanding of human services and her passion for inclusive, community-based care have been the driving forces behind the success and growth of the company.
Kawsar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from National American University, equipping her with both the clinical knowledge and leadership skills necessary to run a high-quality care facility. Her commitment to culturally competent care and individualized support has made Kubra Home Care a trusted name in assisted living across the Twin Cities.
With a vision to expand and improve services, Kawsar continues to lead with compassion, supported by a dedicated team of highly trained caregivers who share her mission of providing care that truly makes a difference.
